• No contract, partnership, or agency relationship is created solely by submission.

Original Ownership and Rights

You represent and warrant that:

• You are the legal owner or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to submit the content.
• Your submission does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property or other legal rights.
• You indemnify Spectacle against any claims related to ownership or originality.

4. No Confidential Relationship

Unless a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed in advance, your submission is not considered confidential. You agree that:

• Spectacle may have or may receive submissions from others that are similar to yours in theme, concept, format, or structure.
• You will not hold Spectacle liable for any perceived similarities between your submission and any existing or future projects.

5. Review and Internal Use License

You grant Spectacle a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to internally and externally review, discuss, and evaluate your submission with employees, partners, and advisors.

6. Right to Decline or Remove Submissions

Spectacle reserves the right to reject, ignore, remove, or terminate review of any submission at any time, with or without explanation.

7. No Guarantee of Placement or Deal

There is no guarantee that your submission will receive feedback, be pitched to platforms, be developed, or result in any agreement, partnership, or deal. Welcome to Spectacle provides access—not outcomes.

8. Creative Attribution

If Spectacle enters into a separate agreement with you, terms regarding credit, involvement, and profit participation will be outlined in that contract. Submission alone does not entitle you to attribution or compensation.

9. No Obligation to Notify or Return

Spectacle is not required to notify you of review results, return any submitted material, or provide explanations regarding rejection.

10. Content Withdrawal

You may request removal of your submission at any time by contacting us. Upon request, we will cease further consideration of your project and delete stored copies unless otherwise required by law.

11. Privacy Policy

12. Third-Party Sharing
